Quality assurance & delivery terms
PackHub sources machines from vetted manufacturer partners. We act as your verification and export layer: specifications are checked against each factory's own parameter tables, and commercial terms are confirmed before an order — not after.
Factory vetting
- Machines are sourced from manufacturer partners whose production lines we have reviewed
- We confirm which certifications (for example CE or ISO 9001) apply to your specific model and request the certificates — ask for them with your inquiry
Verification before shipment
- Pre-shipment inspection and factory acceptance test (FAT) arrangements are confirmed per order
- Any figure we publish that was confirmed by the supplying factory is marked as supply-confirmed on the machine page
Delivery
- Build and delivery windows are quoted per machine and confirmed before you order
- Export-grade packing, container loading plans and shipping documentation are handled by PackHub
