What we collect and how we use it
This site has one data-collection point: the inquiry form. This notice describes exactly what a submission contains, where it goes and how to have it removed. It was written to match the form's current behaviour, not a future feature list.
Who is responsible
Hefei PackHub Machinery Co., Ltd. operates this site and is the recipient of every inquiry submission. Requests about your data go to sales@exportwebpro.com.
What you type in
The form fields: name, email address, company (optional), phone or messaging contact, machine or product of interest, quantity, destination country, supplier of interest (filled automatically when you arrive from a related page), and your message.
What is collected automatically with a submission
When you press send, the submission also carries technical and session data so we can answer competently and filter spam:
- Network: your IP address, the approximate location derived from it (city/region/country) and its timezone — read from the connection by our hosting layer, not entered by you.
- Visit context: the page you submitted from, your landing page, the referring site, ad click identifiers (for example gclid) if the link carried them, the path of pages you visited in the session (last 10), the number of pages viewed, session duration and time spent on the form.
- Device and browser: device type, operating system, browser, your browser's language preferences, the page language and whether you switched locales in this session.
- Bot check: submissions pass Cloudflare Turnstile; the verification sends your IP address to Cloudflare for that check.
Between pages, this visit context is held in your browser's sessionStorage on your own device and is transmitted only when you submit the form. Closing the tab clears it. We set no tracking cookies.
Where it goes and how long it stays
Submissions are not stored in a website database. The form handler sends the content above by email to our inbox, where it is kept as ordinary business correspondence and used to respond to your inquiry, assess what you need and protect the form from spam. We do not sell it and do not use it to advertise to you elsewhere.
Third parties involved
The site is hosted and the email is delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages, Turnstile and Cloudflare's email service). Your submission's technical data passes through Cloudflare's infrastructure under their own data-handling terms.
Your choices
To have a submission deleted, email sales@exportwebpro.com from the address you used and name the date or subject of the inquiry; we will delete the email and confirm. You can also decline to submit the form and simply email us — an email inquiry carries no additional automatic collection beyond what your email service normally transmits.
Changes
If the form ever collects more than this notice describes, this page is updated in the same change. If you find a mismatch between this notice and observed behaviour, report it to sales@exportwebpro.com — that is treated as a content correction.
