Material preparation
Down and shell materials are qualified before use
Filling and fabric are reviewed separately before they meet on the production line. This makes the approved sample easier to reproduce in bulk.
Sorting and cleaning
Raw filling passes through sorting, washing, rinsing, deodorizing and drying stages before selection.
Down selection
Cluster quality, dust and foreign matter are reviewed before filling is released for production.
Shell preparation
